Don Tino is a guerrilla veteran whom so kindly shared his courageous story of the war with us in his home. When he began to be part of the guerrilla movement he at times had to leave up into the mountains with the rest of his compañeros because of threats towards them from the military. One day, after he came back from hiding in the mountains, he found his small town a complete ghost town. Burnt to the ground. His whole family had been murdered due to a massacre set out by the military. From there on out Tino dedicated his life towards fighting for the justice of his family and hundreds others that kept loosing their loved ones due to these bloody massacres. He was wounded plenty of times during confrontations, and as you can see he lost his arm, but even then he remained in the struggle for himself, his family, and generations to come.
